1. Who we are

This policy describes how Pacific Legacy Trust (ABN 65 201 913 202), trading as India eTA Online, of 14 Flushcombe Rd, Blacktown NSW 2148, Australia ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through indiaetaonline.com. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What we collect

When you use our application assistance service, we collect the information needed to review and submit an Indian eTA application on your behalf:

We only collect information you provide to us directly. We do not collect information about your religion, ethnicity, or family members' nationalities.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to: review your application for errors, submit your application through the official Government of India channel, communicate with you about your application, process payment, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your application details for marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Submitting your application to the Government of India involves disclosing your information outside Australia (to India). By engaging our service you consent to that disclosure — it is the purpose of the service.

5. Storage, security and retention

Uploaded documents are stored on our hosting provider's servers in a location that is not publicly accessible, under randomised file names, and transferred over HTTPS. We retain application records for [RETENTION PERIOD — e.g. 12 months] after your application is finalised, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (section 6).

6. Access, correction and deletion

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@indiaetaonline.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. Note that we cannot recall information already submitted to the Government of India.

8. Complaints
